Should you try it? Yes or No
The clean hotel featured extremely helpful staff, enhancing our stay just minutes away from the sacred site! The duty manager was especially attentive, making us feel welcome.
Regrettably, there was an unpleasant odor in the room that diminished the overall comfort. Service at times was lacking, which detracted from our experience.

I was utterly shocked by the receptionists, who seemed more interested in their phones than assisting guests. It woudl ve been nice to not have to fight for help. The room’s shower situation was deplorable, leaving water everywhere! The fact that I received no upgrade or complimentary gesture for the inconvenience is just unacceptable. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Just a proper fit for a weekend outing in Mecca with value for price. The room was spacious, and we loved the AC. Try to arrive earlier for a smoother check-in experience.

Not bad for budget stay
So, I stayed here for a night with my family and honestly, it was a decent choice for pilgrims. The location is good, just a 10 min walk to Al Haram. The room was spacious, and we loved the AC. Only wished room service was quicker, it was kinda slow.

I had a great stay with decent room size and surprisingly good food options nearby for our taste. I wish room service was quicker, though!

Stayed at emaar andalusia for 3 nights. the location is fantastic, just a brief 5-minute walk to masjid al haraam, especially helpful when it's less crowded. the staff, especially the duty manager, were super friendly and attentive.
