The hotel is in a good and magnificent location and clean. Amicable personnel is at front Reception desk and floor.

Its location was excellent, close enough to shops and the Masjid al Haram. It also was to be honest if you going there for sake of Allah then everything is perfect.

Outstanding and neat room with climate control, multi-channel television, and coffee/tea making machines. Particularly good location to be honest if you going there for sake of Allah then everything is perfect, and 10 minute walk from Grand Mosque.

Great location, especially if you're visiting for religious reasons. Everything is super convenient for getting to the mosque and there's a restaurant nearby 🕌.

All in all room was neat and outstanding; also provided a bath.

The location was excellent, just a short 8-minute walk to the Haram gate. The room was spacious and comfortable, with clean beds and provided amenities like towels, soap, and shampoo. The staff, especially Abdullah at the main counter, were welcoming and cooperative. Additionally, there were four working lifts and nearby Pakistani restaurants and fruit shops. a great experience and I would definitely recommend trying out this hotel.

There were an electric kettle, an air conditioning and an electronic key card in the rooms, which made them clean and fine. The location was perfect and excellent, for example, a massive mosque was within easy walking distance of the hotel:)))

i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, multi-channel television, tea and coffee making equipment. a bath in the private bathroom was a plus. location: the hotel was very close to food shops, specially risturant, and the center. its service was good.

The hotel is fairly clean and has very good staff. The overall the room is tidy, fine and includes climate control, multi-channel television, and tea and coffee making equipment.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main gate of Masjid Al Haram. The rooms were nice and equipped with everything I needed, including an AC, fridge, and kettle. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided regular room service and even gave us bottles of water. The beds were comfortable, and extra pillows and blankets were available. The hotel also provided food for announced groups, which was a nice touch. I was positively surprised and would consider coming back.
